If a bunch of dead, pickled slug-thingies ever lead you to a hidden secret door, I'd suggest definitely DO open that door, it can only be a good thing.

    1. So true! The Uncles are VERY lazy about bothering to hide their secrets! It’s so much easier to just scold Owen for noticing things instead 🙂

  3. More immediately, if your accused of lying point out that there is nothing in said jar and that the trail of whatever liquid that was in there toward those boxes and the door does NOT look like someone swept in any way.

    But then, I think Peya is likely right.

    For shame, Uncle Mortemus.

    1. Yeah, Mortemius isn’t exactly putting Owen’s mental health at the top of his priority list…poor Owen is going to need a lot of therapy someday!
